The Committee

The Kallangur Community Centre Management Committee was formed in 1986. It’s initial responsibility was to manage the hall now known as Kruger Hall for Pine Rivers Shire Council. The sphere of operation has since expanded to managing the Kallangur Community Hall when it was constructed in 1990 and John Oxley Reserve Hall since 2011.

The committee became incorporated in 2010, and changed its name to Kallangur Halls Committee Inc. to better represent the scope of the committee’s operation.

The committee is a non-profit organisation, consisting of community minded volunteers, contributing their various skills and experiences to the efficient operation of the facilities that the committee manages.

The committee meets monthly, and members of the community interested in joining the committee are urged to contact the Secretary for further information.
